While work on first character sprites and backgrounds continues, have a look at the list of main characters, all of which will be playable during the game.

Lieutenant Commander Tetsuo Shinei, Japan, Chief Engineer,
Captain (land forces) Antonio Fanucci, Italy, Security Chief,
Lieutenant Charlie Gordon Falk, USA, Helmsman,
Professor Stephen McBane, astophysicist, Scotland, head of science department aboard CES Wanderer,
Doctor Peter Chalinsky, Russia, ship's physician,
Lieutenant junior grade Samantha Barkin, PhD, Canada, ship's psychologist,
Lieutenant junior grade Jean Pierre Colbert, France, ship's navigator.

Aside from those characters almost 20 more will populate CES Wanderer.
